Qualified by
global brands.

ENR's material has been qualified as an approved vendor material by
leading global footwear, apparel, and accessories brands – organizations
that run their own audits, their own RSL testing, and their own supplier
approval processes. This material has been through them.

Already specified
in Europe.

Through the Nike Grind program, DECODED – a
Netherlands-based accessories brand – specified
ENR's – for its recycled-material line.
That partnership didn't stay on paper: a European
brand qualified ENR's material against its own
spec and adopted to its product.

Residual solvents:
measured, not assumed.

Processing solvent is quantified by independent
laboratory testing, and the measured levels sit
within regulated limits.

Independent laboratory testing · results within

Recycled content and structural performance
— in one material.

Recycled leather fibre engineered into a single certified material with consistent structure and performance.

1) Recycled content, declared and traceable.

56% GRS-declared recycled pre-consumer leather content (finished-article basis) – declared under ENR's GRS scope certificate, not a measured value. Chain of custody certified; transaction certificate issued per shipment on certified-basis orders.

2) Pre-consumer leather.

Shaving scrap reclaimed at the tannery – the fibre removed when a hide is levelled to thickness, recovered before the leather ever reaches a product. Independent laboratory testing on file.

3) Built to a repeatable specification.

Engineered to a strict 1.4–1.6 mm profile with consistent roll-to-roll uniformity – developed for structured applications, where a documented, repeatable spec decides the material. In production today for bags and accessories.

4) The technical dossier.

Certificate, spec sheet, and full test reports – released to qualified buyers.

Engineered in Busan.

This material begins as a byproduct of leather production: shaving scrap from tanning – the fibre removed when a hide is levelled to thickness, generated before the leather ever reaches a product. In Busan, where ENR has manufactured – since 2001, these inputs are engineered into a single structural surface.

We know where the material came from. The leather fibre in this material comes from a single LWG-certified Korean tannery, on a relationship measured in years, and is documented to that supplier through a certified chain of custody. Every other input is documented to its supplier.

Recovering pre-consumer leather is what ENR has done since 2001 – tannery scrap, and pre-consumer offcuts from global brand manufacturing alike.

The streams change; the discipline of documenting them does not.

This origin isn't a structural discount – it is the design.

An established industrial operation.

In production since 2001.

Twenty-five years manufacturing recycled leather fibre material,
supplying customers across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Specified to your program at scale.

SKY is the structured core of a wider line — other constructions, thickness ranges, colors, and emboss patterns are produced to program specification. Roll format, MOQ, and lead times are confirmed at qualification.

ISO 9001-certified quality system.

Anchored by an independently accredited ISO 9001:2015 -certified quality management system (certificate on file) – delivering the roll-to-roll consistency and uniform tolerances demanding programs require.
